Day 1 Arrival in Xi'an
Once you arrive in Xi'an, your professional local guide and experienced driver will pick you up at the airport. Then your Xi'an 3 day tour will begin with a visit to the Han Yang Ling Mausoleum, which was built for the Western Han Emperor Liu Qi in 153 BC and lasted 28 years. With the detailed interpretations of your guide, you will have a deep understanding of the profound history and culture of the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC-24AD). Afterwards, you will be escorted to downtown Xi'an to check in at the well-selected hotel.
As the Han Yang Ling Mausoleum is on the way to the city center from the airport, generally we will arrange it on the day you arrive. In this case, you're suggested to arrive before 14:00. If you arrive late, then you're suggested to depart late on the last day so that we could adjust the itinerary accordingly.
Day 2 Xi'an

After breakfast, you will be accompanied to visit the marvelous Terracotta Army Museum, the world's eighth wonder. As a must-see in China, it is a fabulous archeological treasure. You will be definitely amazed by the great underground army, as well as the horse-draw chariots and weapons. Today's lunch is on your own, and surely, your guide will offer you advice and help.
In the afternoon, you will first visit the Banpo Museum, a primitive farming settlement site from about five to six thousand years ago. Next, visit the Great Mosque, a gorgeous blend of Chinese and Islamic architecture. It is a haven of pilgrimage and peace in the bustling city. Walking out of the Mosque, you will come to the Muslim Quarter, where you can taste many traditional local foods and explore various featured shops. After the whole day's sightseeing, we will transfer you back to the hotel.

Day 3 Departure from Xi'an
Cycling on Xi'an City Wall
In the morning, you will visit the Xi'an City Wall, the largest and best-preserved existing ancient city wall in China. In addition to a leisurely walk on the wall, you can also rent a bike to ride on the wall, half circle or one circle according to your physical strength. Then you will visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in Jianfu Temple. With delicate appearance, the pagoda is reputed to be the exquisite artistic heritage of Buddhist architecture in the Tang Dynasty.
Your lunch today will be an a la carte meal arranged at a local family home, where you can taste authentic home cooked food and have a chance to learn how to cook the food from the hostess. When you return home, you can cook for your family or friends. What a special experience!
At the end of your 3 days Xi'an tour package, we will escort you to the airport or train station for your onward journey. Thanks for traveling with us.
