Comments and Questions

Travelled from Beijing South Railway station to Tianjin on 2 Dec 2011. Wonderful station. Clean and spacious.

Unfortunately, my father forgot his back pack while leaving it at the safety scanning entrance as we rush to catch the train.

On return to the Beijing Southern Railway Station on 9 Dec 2011, the staff insisted that we return back the next day to collect the back pack as it is already 6pm after locating the item in his books.

We returned the next day and found items missing inside as we reclaim it. Since the bag is lost in good hands of the security personnel and not in the public area, the station staff must have stolen the items.

*Sign*! Great A infrastructure, Grade F staff from the lost & found department.

There is a company in Beijing called Rooney's Watches and Handbags. They stole $216 from my bank account. How can I contact someone to report this. They did it online.

We have been in China now for nearly 5 weeks and have had a wonderful time. However wee would like to complain about a taxi ride we took from Harbin Airport to The tiger reserve at Harbin on March 29th 2009. Neither his speedometer nor his distance measuring meter were working and he also had very flat tyres on the car. When we arrived at the tiger reserve he charged us RMB 386, over twice what it should have been. He also demanded money (20 Yuan) for the toll which was not charged on the way back. (We returned to the airport for 170 Yuan.) His Taxi number was 903033 and his vehicle registration number was AC4511. We do not want the money back but feel that such taxi drivers are damaging China's fine tourist image and he should be reprimanded.
