I have to say that I do not normally reccomend things or get enthusiatic about experiences but my recent holiday has to be an exception. We, and all of the group we were with, and other "independant" your customers who we met along the way all had nothing but the highest praise for your organisation and the holiday....it was fantastic.

Pic 452 was the view from our window in our last hotel...it just topped off a great holiday and made us feel that we would be completely stupid not to go back to China. Which we will do and when we do it will be with your organisation.

To stay "the best"

As I mention above, your organisation and the way we were treatedhad very little room for improvement. One or two things may be looked at to stay ahead of the rest of the the worlds holiday providers:

One or two of the hotel rooms may be starting to be in need of a little tender care...all of the rooms were excellent, but I could see wear and tear becoming an issue over the next few years. This is just something to keep an eye on. (We would be very happy to go back to the same rooms in the same hotels. This is not a current problem).

I was very happy with the guides and thought it would be good if you had an annual conference for them to award prizes for the guide with the highest approval rating over the year. Discussion of issues relating to each others experiences and a bit of training could also be included.

I see you and your organisation going far and being very succesful over the years to come. I hope I will be able to come visit again and I hope that my friends (when I get them to go) enjoy the holiday as much as I did.

My husband and I were very impressed with our brief but interesting trip to Xian. Our tour guide, Lily, was very informative and had a great command of the English language. We thoroughly enjoyed being with her and would recommend her to others for tours of Xian. I was very impressed with the Hyatt hotel. It was very clean and the service was very good.

I would recommend your travel agency to other people going to China. The price was reasonable and the communication was good.

All meals were excellent and the menus well selected, but the Beijing Duck Dinner was very special.

My tour guide, Cindy (English name), was excellent.Every day, she was an exceptional guide; very helpful & knowledgeable.

I traveled to Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong recently. I enjoyed my stay in Beijing the most, by far, thanks to the excellent service and well organized tour arranged by your company.

We love most of meals in Beijihng and Xian. They are delicious,except the first lunch near Temple of Heaven.We wish to have opportunity to taste local specialty. Overall we are happy with the meal arrangement.

Our guide in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai all have excellent attitude. They go above and beyond to help us in having a wonderful experience, especially Juliett (Beijing) and the one in Shanghai. The one in Guilin was ok. He is more taking it as a job, did not provide as much personal touch as the rest.All of them have decent English. We are happy about their knowledge, especially our guide in Xian.

Cars were nice mostly.

We are so appreciative for you to arrange our trip to watch Inpression Sanjie Liu at Yong Shou. I feel it is one of the best parts of the trip. You flexibility in accommodating us means a lot to us. Thank you!
