Our trip to China run smoothly through out the way, thanks.

All our meals in Beijing were fine, especially the Beijing Duck. Jimmy;s Restaurant in Langshou was also very, very good. Most of the others were un-noteworthy. Hotels were very, very good - and service was excellent in all of them - with the possible exception of the Paradise in Langshou.

All our guides were good and personable. "John" in Shanghai has limited command and understanding of English, but is a fine, motivated young man. Our favorites were "Marcus" in Beijing, "Judy" in Chongqing, and "William" in Guillin.

Our drivers were all very fine and helpful - even though the amount of our luggage seemed to daunt them on first glance!

We were happy with your service, except for a few glitches in Shanghai. Late flights into Shanghai and Yichang really complicated and compromised our visits there.

The Victoria Cruise was outstanding in its service - upgrades on that cruise are really worth it, especially for the dining.

I am happy to tell you that all the guides were good. I was really impressed with phoebe in Xian and Tony (mr. lim) in Guilin. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. they went out of their way to make my trip great.The guide in Beijing (mr. fu) was a little unfamiliar with the beijing airport and it wasted some time. All of them spoke good English.

The other air travel and hotel arrangments were excellent as well. The cars and drivers were fine. A special thanks to irene for helping with the arrangements via email.

Thank you for all of your services. You made our trip to China wonderful.

Meals were good. Especially the dumpling dinner in Xian. However, the airlines were not informed that me and my friend were vegetarians so we could not eat very much.

Our guides were conscientious and knowledgeable.We were quite impressed with the high proficiency of them. We would like mention that our guides Marcus in Beijing and Carol in Xian were most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They gave a great impression and made the trip extra memorable.

Our drivers were excellent and the vans were always clean.

Our China tour was nice and we enjoy ourselves. The meals were fine, except for the lunch at the silk factory in Souzhou which we thought was poor. There was a limited selection of lukewarm, tasteless western style food.

All the guides were good. Our guide in Hangzhou went out of her way to help us resolve an airline reservation problem. The command of English by all the guides was very good. And they were quite knowledgeable.

The cars were all clean and the drivers were excellent.

1. Meals: ok, plain and common, nothing special to be mentioned.

We didn't understand though, why a dinner was booked for us at the Holliday Inn in Guilin on the evening when we 'd go to the Minority Show performance at the Lijang Theatre.The Sheraton Hotel where we were staying was just around the corner of the theatre, so there was no need for the driver and the guide to pick us up and drive the whole way to another hotel to have dinner and then drive back . We could have arranged a dinner for ourselves in the neighbourhood.

Also the dinner at Guilin-airport on our departure day was not necessary for you to book. We're accostumed to order dinner at airports.

2. Guide: good, helpful, responsible, caring, professional.

3. Car and driver: excellent

Thanks for a wonderful trip and we loved Kunming vey much. We will definitely go back again...

We are now back on our yacht in Malaysia and are happy to respond to you.

First I would like to say how much we enjoyed our trip to China and would like to make a visit again in the future.

We found everything very nice and did appreciate your help in changing our flight plans when my wife was not well, thank you.

To answer your points:

1.The restaurants were very good and we were happy with the arranged courses but would have liked to know exactly what the dishes were, very often we were only told it was meat or fish dish. Sometimes we were asked to select the courses and this was better if the content of each dish and how it was prepared was explained to us. We sometime would have liked a glass of wine with our dinner and this was difficult or not available, orange juice was also not available as an alternative.

2 The guide we had in Xian was the only one which seemed to be in a hurry and did not have time for us, other guides were very good.

3 The cars and drivers were all good with the exception of the car for Guilin tour where we were kept waiting and had to walk long distance to find him on one occasion.

4 The guide we had in Guilin (sorry cannot remember her name) was very helpful and went out of her way to help up us.
