I loved everything even though there were some things that I wasn't prepared for (like the ladies restrooms that are use in Asia without a western toilet). Both the guides and the drivers were excellent. The cars were very clean and the attitudes of our drivers were great as well. Even though they did not speak English, they sure tried to make us feel very comfortable and taking care of.
The hotels were great (just what we expected from a 5 star hotel); we really enjoyed the one in Beijing because it was near a street with many shops and people walk freely since no cars are allowed. The tour guides were excellent, not only sharing with us the information about the tourist places, sites, etc, but also sharing some of their culture, how Chinese people live, do, etc. Next time we go, for sure we will do everything with you again (including asking for Wendy and Lily). The food, well, that was different from what we are used to in the states (mainly in Beijing). I though it was great that Lily had pictures of the food so we could pick our favorites (easier than trying to imagine what we are going to receive), so I would suggest this is implemented everywhere. Well, I am sure I am forgetting many good things but thank you again for your help and the great experience we had!

Our guide � Catherine � was friendly, open, amusing, hard-working, humble, pacient and knowledgeable.

We now consider her to be a good, lifelong friend. Unlike my wife, she was almost in tears when she lost me in the crowd at the stone forest! (That was my fault as I didn�t follow instructions).

Her English was almost as good as ours and she helped make our holiday one of the most memorable ever.

We have nothing but praise for her and the driver Wong.

First of all, let me thank you for a wonderful China trip, we had a great time!

We found our guide Lilly to be warm, receptive, friendly and we grew close to her as we spent more time touring together. Our group understood Lilly's English and appreciated her knowledge of the places we visited.

The driver was always courteous and friendly, and the car was to our satisfaction.

Yes, one more compliment for our guide Lilly, when we were due to leave Beijing for Shanghai we found that our flight had been cancelled and thanks to Lilly she arranged for us to be transferred onto another flight. We could not have managed this as efficiently without her as no one seemed to speak English.

and thank you very much for asking.. I just want you to know that our guide tour in Shanghai was EXCEPTIONAL. The guide Cindy and the driver were GREAT. They were worried about us all the time. The driver wasl ALWAYS in the van when we got out of the places, he always carried the stroller up and down the van.. and Cindy's English was very good, they were very respectfull of our time and privacy. We were delightful with their Service.

If you want to travel to china, the best way to do it is with Beijing Trip. They have a great service, they take you where you want to go in a confortable way and with a great acomodation and meals. We had a great time.
