Hello,
Is it possible for me to take a Beijing Taxi to Longqing Gorge? If so, how much would be a reasonable price to pay?

And what are the bungee-jumping hours? I want to leave Beijing at a decent hour and make it in time to Bungee-jump and see a temple.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

-Monica

It is possible to take a taxi from Beijing to Longqing Gorge, it will take CNY 200-400. The Bungee-jumping hours are 09:00-17:00.

Hi!
Do you think a group of 40-50ppl could camp at the Longqing gorge or find a cheap hotel nearby to have dinner and to sleep in mid-september? What would be the budget for a night there?
Are there group prices for boat touring and other activities?
Thank you!

I don't think there is a hotel near Longqing Gorge where can hold a group of 40-50 people, You may have to go back to Yanqing City to have dinner and sleep. However, there is group price for boat touring and other activities in Longqing Gorge Scenic Area.

Wish you a good trip!

It takes around 2 hours to get there and is very easy to do, Beautiful quiet place and can spend lots of time there lots to keep occupied highly reccomended. There are also many cheap hotels around to stay in.

it takes about 4 hours on the way to and back from Longqing Gorge, and you may spend about 2 hours or more in the gorge.

I have seen that the site opened from Apr. 10 to Nov. 15 in 2009, what about 2010?

Thanx

You can take the No. 919 from Deshengmen to Badaling Great Wall. After you finished your travel there, you can take the No. 919 to Yanqing Nan Cai Yuan where you transfer the No. 920 to Longqing Gorge.

Hi,

How do I contact the bungee jumping sites? I'd like to know if they're open the last week of October or the first one in November, when I'll be there.

Thanks.

Thanks for your inquiry.

The opening time of Longqingxia Scenic Area is from April 10 to November 15. So it should be open from the end of October to earlier November.

Yes, you can go camping there if you like.

There is any camping over there?
