No one started the Great wall willingly...Atfirst chinese people built small sections to protect their own provinces and a certain areas...When all this small sections were joined the great wall of China came into being....

The admission fee is CNY20 for all of your three children.

Hi
I have these questions about Mutuanyu Great Wall:
1. Can we eat lunch there- what type of restaurants or food stalls are available?
2. I heard for coming down from the Wall, there is a slide-down. What type of transport is this- is it safe for a 5-year-old child to take?
3. I am going there at the end of March- what will the weather be like- does it frequently rain, and is it so cold that we need to wear gloves and hat?
Thank you.
William Lim

Bob Zhang ( China ) :9/14/2010 10:21:00 PM

1. There is a large restaurant at the foot of Mutianyu Great Wall.
2. the cable car is safe for an adult, but for a 5-year-old child, he/she should take the cabel car with his/her father or mother.
3. It doesn't often rain in March in Beijing. Tt is warm then, you don't have to wear gloves and hats, but it is windy, you may take a windcoat.

oh my god it is so big its bigger than my house i cant belive it so pretty
