Daily Itinerary Summary


Day 01: Entry Beijing

Meeting on arrival and check in at the well selected hotel. The left hours of the day if any are on your side for free individual arrangements.

Day 02: Beijing 
Today's delightful highlights cover the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. You will be served Beijing Roasted Duck for dinner at a famous restaurant, followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.

Day 03: Beijing 
One of the most important activities for the entire Beijing trip is the brief hiking at the Great Wall, Badaling section. Sichuan food is arranged for lunch at a nice restaurant after a short drive. Continue the visit to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon.

Day 04: Beijing
Xian
After the visit to the fabulous Summer Palace, your guide will see you off at by the flight to Xian and be met to check in at the well selected hotel.

Day 05: Xian 
The Terracotta Warriors and Horses unearthed near Xian is thought to be one of the great wonders of China and of the world. Drive through highway back to downtown to a decent restaurant to have well prepared food instead of the mass produced food around the site. Have a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the afternoon. After enjoy the local specialty, the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show.

Day 06: Xian 
Start a wonderful day with visit the Provincial History Museum. After having a delicious la carte lunch at a local famous restaurant and continue the day to the ancient City Wall and the Great Mosque.

Day 07: Xian Lhasa   
The Xian travel will be wrapped up after visit the  Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport if time is available. Leave for Lhasa by flight, which is the capital city of mysterious Tibet with the altitude of 3,650 meters above the sea level. In order to left sometime for you to acclimatize yourselves to the high altitude, no escorted tours are scheduled in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner will be arranged for you at one of the local best restaurants.

Day 08: Lhasa 
The whole day Lhasa safaris will cover the magnificent Potala Palace, the Sera Monastery, the Norbulingka Park and a Tibetan family. Dinner is served at the hotel.

Day 09: Lhasa 
Lhasa city tours continue to the Jokhang Temple, the thriving bazaar at the Barkhor Street, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital, the Tibet Museum and the Carpet Factory. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel.

Day 10: Lhasa  Chongiqng 
Leave for Chongqing  by flight and visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo if time permits. After buffet dinner, you will be transfer to check in at the deluxe 5 star China Regal cruise ship.

Day 11: Chongqing Fengdu 
The ship is scheduled to depart at 08:00, and then your Yangtze River travel get started. The first stop of Cruise will be the Ghost City Fengdu which is said to be the abode of devils in Chinese legends.

Day 12: Badong Xiling Gorge Sandouping 
The short excursion to Shennong Stream in Badong will impress you deeply today. Not only will you enjoy the unique spectacles of the nature there, but also could see how the trackers drag the boat skillfully in the stream. Back the ship and continue to sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Pass the five-step ship lock.

Day 13: Sandouping
Disembark for visiting the under-built but grand Three Gorges Dam.

Day 14: Wuhan Shanghai 
Arrive in Wuhan at around mid-day. Visit Hubei Provincial Museum and have lunch at a local restaurant. After that take flight to Shanghai and be met to check in at the well-selected hotel.

Day 15: Shanghai 
Drive to visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and a local family.The Farewell Dinner is served at the Wang Bao He Restaurant which has a history of around 260 years of serving the best Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner is followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.

Day 16: Shanghai  Guilin 
Take a morning flight to Guilin and be met to check in at the well selected hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Hill. After enjoying your dinner, you will be entertained by the Ethnic Songs and Dances at the Lijiang Theatre.

Day 17: Guilin  Yangshuo  
Bound for Yangshuo via breathtaking Li River. Check in at the well selected hotel. A short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged, you have back up choice if you prefer not to ride a bicycle. You will have chance to the local farm house to have close touch with their lifestyle. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, Beijing Trip suggests you have big enough breakfast at the hotel this morning.)

Day 18: Yangshuo 
Guilin  Hong Kong 
This morning is left free of schedule. Transfer back to Guilin to take flight to Hong Kong according to the flight schedule. Upon arrival, check in at the well selected hotel by yourselves.

Day 19: Hong Kong 
The half day Hong Kong Island Tour in the morning covers taking peak tram to mid-level of Central District then to Victoria Peak, the visit to the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and the Stanley Market.

Day 20: Hong Kong/ Exit
Be at leisure until you go to the airport for your homebound flight by yourselves.
