Meals were delicious and our favourite was the Peking Duck.

We found our guide Lilly to be warm, receptive, friendly and we grew close to her as we spent more time touring together. Our group understood Lilly's english and appreciated her knowedge of the places we visited.

The driver was always courteous and friendly, and the car was to our satisfacrtion.

One more compliment for our guide Lilly, when we were due to leave Beijing for Shanghai
we found that our flight had been cancelled and thanks to Lilly she arranged for us to be transferred onto another flight. We could not have managed this as effeciently without her as no one seemed to speak english.

Overall, our expectation in Beijing have been met.The service provided has been top quality, friendly.

Outstanding service in Lhasa, guide and driver were exceptionally attentive to our interests, extremely friendly. I only wish we had more time with them and in Lhasa. They devoted extra time when we became engrossed in museum and got us the answers.

You offered very excellect service in Xi'an. Emma is a great tour guide .Xi'an is a very beautiful and we had a lot of fun. Dumpling dinner was Yummy.

Our family enjoyed our tour through your company-it was the ONLY way to see the great sights in Xian and Beijing with young children. Having the private driver was key in efficiently getting from place to place so that we didn't have to navigate public transportation. Our guides in each city were VERY knowledgeable about Chinese history and able to give us a clear representation of China's past that have shaped what China is in the present. It was a fascinating and memorable trip and we cherish our memories.

All of the meals at the restaurants were good. Our children are very particular with new foods, so they ended up having plain white rice or noodles at most meals. Our favorite meal of all was the Peking Duck Dinner in Beijing-it was so delicious and entertaining to be a part of.

Both Tracy and Wendy were very knowledgeable about all of the sights and Chinese History. I would say that Tracy's pronounciation was exceptional and we had no problem understanding her the entire time.

The drivers in both cities were extremely professional and the cars were clean. They were very punctual and helpful with our stroller and luggage. We felt very safe in the vans amidst the chaos of driving challenges.

We were most impressed by Xian for its historical significance and for the Terra Cotta Warriors. Tracy was absolutely the best in relating the facts of Chinese history, invention, culture and customs. We can't imagine touring China any other way than with the arrangements your company made for us. We were able to see so much with small children and we could completely absorb China's treasured landmarks and history without being exhausted.

One recommendation for the itineraries of families coming with younger children is to DEFINITELY recommend the Tang Dynasty music and dance show in Xian, the Beijing Zoo, Hutong tour and Acrobatic show. These weren't on the original itinerary and we enjoyed them VERY much.

A big thanks to you for a wonderful and memorable trip. We have recommended your company to friends and they are planning trips to come to China also. We appreciate your timely responses and your drivers/guides were very professional.
