Your tour arrangement was very reasonable and professional. We enjoy our brief stay in your country. Such a powerful country and so beautiful.
The lunch we had at lily hotel (Hangzhou) was good. The fried noodles were very good, our guide, liu was very conscientious.She was knowledgeable although thought there was no industry in hangzhou besides silk and green tea, but we met businessmen in our hotel who were working with heavy manufacturing in hangzhou area The driver attitude was good. The car was clean.
Our guide, liu, asked us if we wanted to see the silk factory and we did. we found the tour of the silk factory and opportunity to buy silk quilt some of best parts of our tour to hangzhou. very nice experience--recommend see hangzhou on weekday instead of weekend so less crowded.

I am happy to give you the following feedback after our exciting tour.
Time spent at each spot was good, and we did enjoy the variety of people and nationalities on the tour. The meals were mostly excellent, and we enjoyed the authentic cuisine in each place. Accommodation was outstanding in most places except Xian.
Our guides were very knowledgeable, and eager to help. Rose was difficult to understand at times, but was happy to explain when we asked. We have no complaints at all about the level of knowledge of the guides. Echo, in Xian, was excellent. She was easy to understand, and very entertaining; she also gave us a lot of information about the excursions. We only met Michael briefly, as we left the tour in Shanghai to spend Xmas with relatives, but his English was excellent, and he seemed very nice.
We were most impressed with the state of the cars and buses, and the attitude of the drivers. All were excellent drivers, very patient and helpful to us.
We would recommend your company to anyone visiting China. We felt the service was very professional, and the standard of the hotels was mostly outstanding. After our first day, we felt relaxed and comfortable, knowing that we were going to be well looked after.

Sightseeings along the yangtze river are simply fatastic. I had a lesiure time during four days, since all my meals bar one were taken on the cruise ship I can only say that I enjoyed these meals very much.Both my guides in Yichang and Chongqing were conscientious.The drivers were helpful and the cars were very clean.This tour was very well planned and everything went smoothly.

It was a wonderful china trip. We enjoyed it very much. The following comments are provided:
All the guides were excellent. They were always on time, knowledgeable and eager to take care of what we need. They were dedicated and enjoyed what they are doing. It was extremely helpful when they assisted in our check-ins on every in-
country flight. Cindy, Ruth, Lucy, Snow, Jerry and Jandy were all excellent and should be commended. Cindy waited over 2 hours at the arrival area, Beijing airport, for our first group due to a lost baggage. Ruth’s personality and enthusiasm were delightful.
All the drivers were excellent, courteous and professional at all times. They ably navigated through the traffic safely. The vehicles/vans were in excellent condition and bottled water was always available.
Meals, Mediocre at best. the restaurant facilities and service were excellent.
Overall it was an unforgettable journey. We will highly recommend your service to all interested travelers.

Overall, we enjoyed our trip to china and your organization left a good impression on me.
Share our trip experience with you. The meals we had on tour were by and large very good except for the last meal we had in Bejing, on our way back from the Ming tombs. The best by far was the Peking Duck resturant we went to in Beijing. The best guides we had were Lobsang in Lhasa and Li in Guilin, these guides were genuinely concerned that we should enjoy ourselves and their english was very good. The other 2 guides in Beijing and Shanghai were average. The cars and drivers were good, the cars were very comfortable in fact. Above all, we had a wonderful holiday in China.
