hi, if you mean Qingdao, there are express train (bullet train) from shanghai to Qingdao. you can get to Shanghai Railway Station by Subway Line 1, 3, or 4. the ticket fare for the first class is CNY 502, and CNY 419 for the second class.

You may take a train from Beijing Railway Station which is just located in Chaoyang District to Shanghai.

You can buy the ticket at Guangzhou Railway station.
the ticket prices vary from hard seat,hard berth to soft berth.

You can buy it from Beijing West Railway Station where Beijing-Xian trains leave.

My interest in traveling by train is to see the view and so T train or D train. Is there a cabin with private toilet and how much it cost.

Z train - conflicting info. Is there a cabin for 2 with private toilet?

You may choose the Z19 Beijing-Xian train which has a cabin with private toilet. The prices for the upper and lower soft berth are CNY 400 and CNY 417.
