Daily Itinerary Summary

Day 01: Entry Beijing 
Meeting on arrival and check in at the well selected hotel. The left hours of the day if any are on your side for free individual arrangements.

Day 02: Beijing  
Today's delightful highlights cover the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. You will be served Beijing Duck for dinner at a famous restaurant, followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.

Day 03: Beijing 
One of the most important activities for the entire Beijing trip is the brief hiking at the Great Wall, Badaling section. Sichuan food is arranged for lunch at a nice restaurant after a short drive. Continue the visit to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area.

Day 04: Beijing Urumqi 
After the visit to the fabulous Summer Palace, leave for Urumqi by flight and transfer to the well selected hotel.

Day 05: Urumqi  Korla 
Leave for Korla by car. Have a brief stay at the Tiemen Pass. Tansferred to the well selected hotel.

Leave for Kuqa by car and transfer to the well selected hotel. Have a tour to the Subashi Ruins on arrival.

Day 07: Kuqa Aksu  
Morning excursion stops at  Kizil Thousand-Buddha Caves. Leave for Aksu and transfer to the well selected hotel.

Day 08: Aksu Kashgar 
Leave for Kashgar by car and transfer to the local best hotel.

Day 09: Kashgar Karakuri Lake Kashgar 
Leave for Karakuri Lake by car and have a close touch with the breathtaking lake. Drive back to Kashgar and transfer to the local best hotel.

Day 10: Kashgar 
Have a look at how the local deals on the Sunday Bazaar, then take tour to the the Id Kah Mosque and the Abakh Khoja Tomb.

Day 11: Kashgar Hetian 
Leave for Hetian by car. Take tour to the  Yarkant King Mausoleum and the Yingisar Uigur Knife Making. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Hetian Minfeng 
Continue the visit to the Silk Village, hundred-year- old walnut tree and Paper Making. On the way to Minfeng, visit a local bazaar and the unique minority people's costume in Yutian city. Stay at the hotel in Minfeng.

Day 13: Minfeng Korla 
Leave for Korla through the Taklamakan Desert and enjoy the scenery of sand dune along the road. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 14: Korla Turpan 
Take car to Turpan and transfer to the well selected hotel. No escorted tour is scheduled, you are suggested to explore the city on your own.

Day 15: Turpan  
Take a  panoramic city tour to the Bizaklik Thousand Buddha Caves, the Gaochang Ruins and the Flaming Hill.

Day 16: Turpan Dunhuang 
Turpan city safaris continues to the Jiaohe Ruins, the Karez Well and the Sugong Pagoda. Leave for Dunhuang by overnight soft sleeper train.

Day 17: Dunhuang 

Meeting upon arrival at the Liuyuan railway station and transfer to the well selected hotel in Dunhuang. Visit the Mogao Grottoes and the Dunhuang Museum on arrival. Breakfast is on your side.

Day 18: Dunhuang Xian 
Experience a short camel-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune to reach the Crescent Lake. Leave for Xian by flight and transfer to the well selected hotel. This evening we will offer you a buffet dinner at your hotel as the welcome dinner to this ancient capital.

Day 19: Xian 

The Terracotta Warriors and Horses unearthed near Xian is thought to be one of the great wonders of China and of the world. Drive through highway back to downtown to a decent restaurant to have well prepared food instead of the mass produced food around the site. Have a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall in the afternoon. Enjoy Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace in the evening.

Day 20: Xian
Continue Xian city tour to visit the Provincial History Museum, the Great Mosque and a local family. The a la carte lunch is served at a local fancy restaurant.

Day 21: Xian Shanghai  
Xian city tour will be concluded by visiting to  the Hangyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, leave for Shanghai by flight and transfer to the well selected hotel.

Day 22: Shanghai  
Drive to visit  Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. Take a Huangpu River cruise after lunch. The Farewell Dinner is served at the Wang Bao He Restaurant which has a history of around 260 years of serving the best Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner is followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.

Day 23: Shanghai/ Exit
Be at leisure until the hotel-airport transfer is arranged for you according to your homebound flight schedule.
